Pricing / Costs
Initially a FREE consultation will be offered to each party. These will usually be at completely separate meetings. The aim of this meeting is to consider whether mediation is appropriate and suitable.
If both parties then wish to proceed to mediation, the following charges will apply:
- You may qualify for FREE MEDIATION under the public funding scheme. If you wish to be considered for this, we will need proof of your income.
- A course of mediation (up to 5 sessions) costs £425 + VAT.
- If you wish, you can pay per session at £150 + VAT.

OUTCOME SUMMARY AFTER EACH MEETING
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (if appropriate)

SHUTTLE MEDIATION
Costs for shuttle mediation are as follows:
SINGLE SESSION - £200 + VAT per person
COURSE OF SESSIONS - £600 + VAT per person (up to 5 meetings)
REMEMBER ....... you may qualify for FREE MEDIATION under the Public Funding scheme.
