We offer an initial Assessment Meeting. Usually this is an individual appointment but you may come to a joint meeting if you wish. At this meeting you would be assessed to see if you qualify for public funding. If you do, then the Assessment Meeting and any forms required following this meeting are free to both you and your ex partner. We would also use this meeting to provide information about the mediation process and to discuss with you whether this is an appropriate way forward in your particular case.
COSTS:
Single initial appointment - £85 + VAT
Joint initial appointment - £125 + VAT
NOTE: FEE FOR FORM FM1 is £30 (inclusive of VAT) if this is provided without an initial appointment taking place.

If you qualify for Public Funding, your mediation is

If you do not qualify for Public Funding the following charges will apply:
£150+VAT PER PERSON PER SESSION (up to 1 hr 30 mins)

£75+VAT PER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
