MEDIATION COSTS
Initially a FREE consultation will be offered to each party. These will usually be at completely separate meetings. The aim of this meeting is to consider whether mediation is appropriate and suitable.
You may qualify for FREE MEDIATION under the public funding scheme. If you wish to be considered for this, we will need proof of your income.
Each person is ASSESSED SEPARATELY. If you do not qualify for public funding, the following charges will apply:
- A course of mediation (up to 5 sessions) costs £495 + VAT [per person]
- If you wish, you can pay per session at £150 + VAT [per person] *
* Additional charge of £100 for drawing up the Memorandum of Understanding for clients paying per session
SHUTTLE MEDIATION
Costs for shuttle mediation are as follows:
SINGLE SESSION - £200 + VAT per person
COURSE OF SESSIONS - £600 + VAT per person (up to 5 meetings)
