CONTACT CHARTS
Sometimes it is helpful for a weekly chart to be used when discussing and arranging contact with each parent. Below are two suggested charts - a weekly one for perhaps printing out and sticking on the fridge or somewhere similar; and a two weekly one for planning purposes.
This chart could be printed out and laminated so that it can be re-used week after week. You could use DIFFERENT COLOUR PENS for time spent with each parent.
This chart is a good one to use for parents to plan out the contact on a two weekly rota.
