Arena has been awarded a contract to deliver the parenting programme to support Contact Activities under the recent changes to the Children & Adoption Act 2006.

The 2 x 2 hour sessions programme can be delivered on a one-to-one basis or as a group.

Arena is an approved provider to the Southampton and Portsmouth family Courts.

Professionally trained and accredited mediators are at the heart of our company, offering a confidential and discreet service to separating and divorcing couples.

We can offer an individual and flexible mediation service, tailored to the particular needs of each client. Sometimes it is not appropriate for both parties to be seen together, and we can offer separate mediation where necessary.

Most common areas for discussion involve the residence (formerly known as "custody") of the children, the family home, pensions, money and how the children are affected by the breakdown of the relationship.

Mediation is always child focused and the interests of the children are paramount. The mediator will facilitate discussion with parents to enable them to decide on arrangements for their children. The issues might be about

 You may qualify for free mediation, if your income is below a certain level. We are able to arrange this for you as we hold a Legal Services Commission certificate for Public Funding. Proof of income is required. See details of our costs.

We treat each case on an individual basis, and can offer WEEKEND, EVENING or EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENTS by arrangement.

If contact with your children is a problem, or there are other issues regarding your children that may benefit from further discussion with the children themselves, we have mediators who are trained specifically in the consultation of children.
